This is only a review of the admin side of being a patient. Not a review of the treatment. They will tell you they verified your insurance and you have a copay/high deductible and insist you pay the fee upfront. Don't trust that. I willingly paid upfront because I trusted they PROPERLY verified. When they did send the claim to my insurance I was covered at 💯 Thinking this wasn't going to be that big of a deal - just refund me the 2 or 3 payments I've made amounting to a decent sum. WRONG! I was told numerous times that I would get a call back only to be told after WEEKS of attempting to get this refund processed that I have to call this other number. Still took quite a few calls and even after that talking to a manager. I finally received a voicemail that said I was going to get that refund check in the mail. Yeah sure, checks in the mail. I've heard that before. Been about 4 weeks and haven't seen it. But I'm patient and the treatment is of good quality. Next appointment I have I have switched insurance. And they tell me they aren't able to see me without me paying the $160 upfront after they rescheduled me to verify my new insurance. (They had it prior to the apt - someone just didn't feel like doing their job). They even said my former insurance was good to go. It is absolutely not good to go. This is reckless policy. Inappropriate at best and quite damaging to someone with all the time off required to simply get money owed. But I'm sure if they were owed money they would be okay waiting 5 or 6 months for payment.

2nd Chance was able to get me an appointment the next day whereas many other places are booked weeks even months in advance. Met with Paula and she was great! She listened asked many relevant questions made me feel comfortable sharing information. I have replaced my current provider with 2nd chance where it feels like you matter.

Horrible! I don’t understand how they have so many good reviews. All I needed was help and I was treated awful because I didn’t know what kind of “help” I needed!! I’m calling to talk to someone to figure that out and this is what I get!? And the person working from home scheduling the appointments while washing dishes was an azz.

***edited*** I've changed the rating from 1 star to 3 simply because Big Tina and Little Tina went out of their way to get me help. Thank you ladies Billing mess up with my insurance on there end, missed my appointment cause more problems
