If I could give zero stars, I would. This staff is heartless, rude, and just plan awful! Please do yourself a favor and contact ANY OTHER LOCATION. I really tried my best to deal with this front office staff, but my god. THIS IS A PLACE OF HOPE AND HEALING. Whoever Dina is or whatever her name is up front- FIRE HER. Good riddance.

The office manager Martina is rude has zero empathy, refused to see my child because we couldn’t pay $400 Up front. I offered to make payments and she refused care for a child! They need to do better.

My kids and I were so very appreciative, excited and ready to start this new chapter in our lives. We were hopeful about our future despite some of the challenges we faced daily. Being a single parent of a 3 and 6 year old is very tiring. It seemed as if it began to be Daily I would get in trouble for things that weren't a big deal ie.: clothes in the dryer, my suitemate complaining about my son (who has a disability) etc. We had support from some of the other ladies and even a couple staff members. A couple months in, a few new ladies were hired and as soon as they got there shift and were done with training, almost immediately began to nitpick on not only me but my kids as well. My food was getting thrown away daily(BRAND NEW FOOD, NOT EVEN OPENED FOOD) , lies were being said abt my family, My kids were intentionally getting left behind for feild trips (I say intentionally bc I made sure to let both staff members that were supervising the kids on the field trip know) etc. These specific staff members kept on until we got kicked out. The supervisor (Ruby)didn't care to hear what was really going on while she wasnt here. They did 0 investigating of any accusations that were made. She soley took the word of the incompetent, ignorant staff and kicked my kids and I out. When asked staff to call another shelter (so that we wouldn't be on the street) they disgustingly said no. They wanted NO PART of helping us get into another shelter. I am in shock of the way they run this business. I am still in shock that after blantant lies were told abt my family by staff, and I confronted the staff abt the lies that they would still take her word with 0 investigation and KICK US OUT! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Even though the driver is always late it still teaches me alot of things about life its the best i recomed going to after school program there
