Hello, what is the schedule to be able to call? I have called at least 20x and I get no one. Just rings over and over. This happened last night also but I only had to call like 10x before someone finally answered. I appreciate all you have done but I can't get in touch with my loved one and I am starting to get very irritated!!!! I finally got in touch. I wanted to edit my review and just say that although getting in touch was rough at times my loved one was very thankful for the staff and the stay in general. You helped my family immensely with counseling and letting them stay for the length of time needed. Thank you to you all.

Daughter was put here after being hospitalized and we waited 6 hours in a room mixed with adults and teenagers. First of all they should not mix adults with teenagers. It was a scarey situation seeing another person yelling and screaming at another person who was just sitting there. When I told facility I wanted to remove my daughter because I found another treatment option I have a plan in place they didn’t care only wanted to threaten to involve Child protective service and that they would still keep her 24 hours. They only want money. If I mentioned I have another place and proof of her appointment then why threaten to try make me as a parent scared. I have no problem with children services being involved. I want my child to have therapy just not here. While waiting for the 6 hours you hear staff members complaining that they are doing 2 people’s jobs one of the c workers is out on medical leave due to her daughter only having 2 weeks to live. I don’t think it’s appropriate for patients to hear this. Also when I was in lobby today a mother came to bring her son who is addicted to pills then the place went on lock down something happened inside the mother didn’t want to be locked in so they let her outside to wait, one door closed the front lady told another staff member it doesn’t look like the son needs help looks like the mother should be the one in here. My sister in law was with me heard the whole thing. I don’t think this place is good for teenagers at all. It’s 3:50pm I requested them to release my daughter 10am, I was told someone would call me. They called me 3:30pm only to say it’s a 24 hour wait period and that they would get child service involved. I am fine with that.

I feel so sad to see any negatives comments on this facility. In the midst of COVID I admitted myself here and this place changed my life. I met so many people learning how to cope and honestly life long friends. Not to mention, the staff in my wing was nothing short of Exceptional. Respected my concerns, addressed my issues and cared for me the way I needed. It has been since 3/2020 and I haven’t had another drink since. So before you read the bad and negative reviews, make sure you read the positive. It was a completely new experience for me and they really customized my experience to what needs I had. If you or anyone you know is struggling with addiction, this is the place to help!
