I thought this place was great, most of the staff were nice and helpful. (I don't think it would be "good enough" for anyone that was born with a silver spoon in their mouth tho..... Lol) Most of the other patients when I was there, were there by choice, & many had been there before. They don't have a gourmet chef, but the food wasn't bad at all. I got to have cereal every morning too, which is always a plus. But they also cook breakfast. I actually have recommended this place to a couple of my friends & they've gone & also had good experiences.

Not sure about the program, but I do know that I heard it more then once that staff and management are trash. Something needs to change here. Previous employees all agree. This is not a loving place. I only agree with this off of more then 5 peoples experience (staff and ex patients) and my two phone calls I have had with staff completely rude and unprofessional. I will not let the type of care they give there continue.

They were awesome on the phone. Very helpful. Will see if they help with long term treatment. Will keep you posted. Got my daughter in asap.

This place is the most disgusting "health center" I have ever seen. Seriously, if you chose to leave they will give you your uncharged phone and then must walk you to the street so you are off their property even if it is 2 a.m. and you are a girl by yourself in a horrible neighborhood. Safety, cleanliness, compassion, are not their strong points. Most people are forced to be there by probation and or because of low income Insurance. Reminds me of Maricopa County jail.

Horrible, most people there are court ordered, probation or parole. The website says they "provide toiletries" they won't even give you toilet paper most of the time. They charge your insurance 500 dollars a day and they barely feed you. When the end of the month comes and the "donations" are "low" you'll starve. I figured this out and asked to be put on a diet plan, and the cook refused to make additional meals, and continually cursed at me in Spanish not realizing that I speak fluent Spanish having been in the Marine Corps 6 years and grown up in Newark, NJ. It's a joke, an insurance grab. The counselors don't even remember your name, I was called "Jay" and my name isn't close. DON'T come here.
