I had a great experience at the Cedar house . When I arrived everyone was very friendly and seemed to have a positive outlook on recovery . I really enjoyed the core groups and group meetings and the conversations I had with staff and some of the other patients . I really met some awesome people at the Cedar House. I personally thought that staff went out of there way to accommodate me in my time of need. I would like to give a huge thanks to my case manager Andrew Orozco . I had some life changing conversations with Andrew that I feel will help me for the rest of life . From Andrew I gained tools and recourses that will help me every day while I'm in recovery. I really appreciate all the hard work and positive energy and advice in our core groups and face to face meetings. While in treatment of course I had to take a medical leave from work and was a bit nervous about getting all my paperwork filled out and returned so that I would have a job to go back to after treatment and also be able to collect sickness pay while on on medical leave. Andrew made sure that all my Documents were filled out and signed correctly and faxed over as soon as completed . Thank u Sir again for all your hard work your really making a difference in peoples recovery! I would also like to give a big thanks to the cooks and the men that work in the kitchen the food was absolutely outstanding . Also big thanks to case manager Virginia for all the help and guidance with my grief issues and letting me know that its as easy as one day at a time! Thank u men that work in the Men's station Tim ,Nick, Sam, Jimmy, Jesse, Josh u guys all rock and are amazing at what u do for everyone there on the men's wing. I would say that I had a amazing life changing experience at the Cedar House and would recommend anyone check this place out if your interested in recovery and committed to living a healthier life style. I have just completed the 90 day program here at Cedar House!! I more than highly recommend Cedar House!! The staff are "Real People ", that have been through it themselves, so they understand what I was going through when I arrived. They are very caring, and did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, within their power to make me comfortable. I have been to other rehabs, including the "ritzy rehabs ", and absolutely none of them made me more comfortable than Cedar House. Besides having experienced all the bad times that addicts/alcoholics face, the staff is very well educated. The detox was very comfortable. I want to thank my case manager, Chris A., and the staff at Cedar House!! You changed my life in such a beautiful, positive way!! Michael R., you're the bomb!! Awesome place. They took me in for 90 day program. My counselor new I would need more time because I had a lot of issues to still deal with and I needed more counseling. She got me approved for 90 days more.

Really amazing place. I went in 2017 and i am still sober today. Very powerful place. The lord dwells in that place for the ones who really want it. The ones who ruin the experience for people are the ones that are court ordered to be there and are just waiting to be released to go straight back to smoking dope. That didnt phase me one bit but it could for other people.
