It came to my knowledge that patients were being discharged in the middle of the night with no where to go (homeless) to make room for a new client even though they had not completed their days pretreatment plan. Counseling classes were logged by providers that they had been completed even when clients were either in bed or watching TV. I no longer work at this facility and do not recommend it to anyone who is looking for addiction help.

I have tried calling this number 5 times today and it just has a busy tone. Used to work there. Good except too much paper work for employees and pts. I had my head in paper work most the shift. They give too much work load demand.
