They are not interested in helping anybody. They are god aweful to be honest. They didnt inform the police about my disability which lead to me getting a permanent injury.

I was at the Dodge location for a little over a month, my therapist was extremely disrespectful.. but some of the staff was awesome, Theresa and Darryl rocked, they are super kind to everyone. Mary really tries to level with everyone and is super supportive. As for the detox, I went once and it was awful. I will never go back.. All they do is put you in a chair and tell you to sleep, check your vitals every few hours and kick you out at some weird hour of the morning.. if you're homeless and need a place to sleep and shower and are detoxing, they can be helpful, they do help people get off the street and into residential.. but if your not homeless, don't waste your time.. you can go to the CRC or Palo Verde and get much better care.. I would recommend the dodge street location to anyone, they really help you turn your life around.. you have to be serious about recovery and be willing to put in the effort, if your looking for laid back comfortability, it's not the place to go, it is extremely strict and structured, but many of us need this in early recovery..

Horrible place, it was a horrifing experience!! Don't trust ANYONE there, especially the SO CALLED NURSES, like something out of Coo Coos nest, have yet to file grievance but wilwill... Very soon...
