Evidence Based Practices

Research shows that medication-assisted treatment (or MAT) is the gold standard for treating opioid use disorder.

CMS offers FDA-approved medications including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone®/Subutex®/Sublocade™), and naltrexone (Vivitrol®), combined with counseling, in a judgement-free, compassionate environment.

Clean, helpful and its been much quicker and you don't wait long to see the doctor. Speak to counselor on the phone once a month at home instead of at the clinic now. Saves a bunch of time, especially if you come once a month.

If you are looking to get clean you can do it here. If you are looking to find more drug connects you can do it here. It’s YOUR recovery, they just do their best to keep you healthy and your eye on the prize. Honesty first right? Methadone has saved my life, but the people I have met at the clinics I go to have negativity influenced me over and over again and I only blame myself. If you need help go get it. Edit: I’ve found that the key to avoiding dealers or bad company is just to show up early AF.

Don't believe Everything you hear

I've never seen a more unprofessional front desk staff. If you have the audacity to get in the way of the front desk staffs conversation with each Other you will sit for at least 45 mins. Never seen anything like this. If you talk mess they know that it was you so you'll sit longer. They don't care that you have a job. Or a family. All that matters is that they know that they're in control. I cannot believe that these people are employed to "help" people... The nursing staff is awesome but he prepared to deal with many an ego with the front desk.

I want to give this place stars for the actual service they provide, but the truth is, they're so horrendously difficult to deal with on the day to day that I cannot. If you're going to commit to coming here, you better have absolutely no other commitments in your day because it will frequently take well OVER AN HOUR to get dosed. Given the fact that it's as simple as them handing it to you and you taking it, I have not a clue how it takes them so long every single morning. They recently instituted time blocks, so you need to prove your schedule to them in order to dose before 10am. People are lined up out the door for the start of the 6:30am block and they won't serve anyone prior to that start which results in the obscene wait times. They also recently renovated. For what? I don't know. They added 3 more windows, but continue to only use two, keeping the service as slow as possible. If it takes someone a full minute to swallow a tiny cup of meds, and they have two windows going, they should be able to serve 120 people an hour, but they do more like 30 people an hour. It doesn't even make sense how few people they serve. You wanna talk about the parking lot situation as well? Staff members, wearing staff shirts, sit outside, eating and having coffee. I would assume they're supposed to help the tight parking lot and all the taxis and med service rides. But they don't. They'll let taxis park illegally in the drive area, block you in, and then tell you it's your fault for parking IN A PARKING SPACE. I have literally watched two drivers get out of their cars and get into an altercation. You guessed it. The staff standing in the lot laughed and sat down to watch. I wrote this review, while waiting for someone to dose. It's been 49 minutes and her number hasn't even popped up. At this point, she's already late to work. I cannot imagine a worse place to have to deal with, and that's just as a daily basis. I'll save you the novel of our experience in trying to go on vacation, needing to guest dose, and how that was a 6+ week process filled with misleading information, flat out lies, and staff members leaving in the middle of the process, causing us to have to start over.
