This place has been good to me when it comes to medicine and treatment. But when it comes to customer service it can get better.

No complaints. Nice and caring staff that treats everyone like a human being. Parking sucks but it's usually a 5 minute process and you are on your way. The only time you end up waiting is when there is a patient that stands at the dosing window making small talk while some of us have to be at work. That gets me very aggravated.

This place is great. This treatment has been one of the only things that has allowed me to really change. I transferred from a CMS clinic in Mesa and I didn't like the staff much. My counselor was kind of incompetent. You can't even walk outside. At this clinic I feel like my counselor is actually on my team. The staff at the front, the peer support, and case managers are rad. I haven't had a problem with anyone. It's quick too. Most days I can get in and out in 10 minutes or so. Also, the hours are 4:30AM-1:30PM Monday-Friday, 5AM-10AM on Saturday, and are closed on Sunday. Holidays are usually 5AM-10AM. A lot of clinics are only open for 8 hours on weekdays and 2 hours on Saturday, so the extra time is good.

I have gone to 5 different clinics over the last 16 years and CMS Camelback is head and shoulders better that them all. From the reception desk to the dosing nurses you get treated with dignity and everyone is very helpful. I've had a few counselors and they all were great! Keep up the good work!
