I did a full day of orientation and worked one full shift and never got paid. It's been almost 2 months later and am still waiting for payment. I quit because they don't provide breaks and they sent me on lunch 30 min before my shift was over. The patient care is not adequate, employees are over worked. No wonder they are always short staffed. I'm definitely filing a complaint with the labor board. I have been patiently waiting to hear back after several phone calls and have gotten no where.

Director of Nursing is one of the best people I've met in quite sometime. She is very self conscious of the healing of her clients. She personally is in charge of all the wounds that require the special equipment called a "wound vac". All in all it's not a bad place to heal. I've been to worse places that I would never recommend, but Creekside is an OK place to temporarily be.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. This place is the worst. If you have a loved one who needs placement in a SNF, avoid this place like the plague. Every bad thing that can happen to a patient, happens here.

I really strongly dislike reviews that say something like 'don't put your family member here' - do you really think that family members would if they had another choice?? Unless you are willing and able to fork out $20,00+ a month on care, you are left with s_ _ t facilities like this. This is what we get when healthcare for the most vulnerable persons is managed by private companies. It's all about the profit, not the person.

Well my diet took two weeks to get correctly.my laundry was lost.after five days my new roomate was allowed to keep dog in the room which he fed his food (he didn't have dog food) so he was feeding it hosp food? I was asked if I wanted dogs to visit? When I answered no I guess that did not cover having one live in my room! When I asked to leave I was told I can't because my insurance wouldn't cover it? Oh and they would not get my meds correct. ALL IN ALL I GUESS THE DOG WAS HAPPY!
