Annie Laure1 StarI visited a friend in this facility-all I can honestly say is my dog receives better care at the boarding kennel. This is a sad & frightening reflection of what baby boomers can expect when in nursing facilities. It's a shame.Saturday 9th April 2022
Shannon Pizana1 StarMy mom was transferred from University Medical Center by ambulance. Staff threw her in a chair. Ripped out one of her staples. Said she wasn't allowed any of her meds heart pills etc till after the holidays. She called me crying and begging to leave. Sent me pics of blood and open wound and no one would assist her.. Tried calling multiple times while driving down there.. just rings and says wireless caller can't be reached. Finally got here and no one will answer the door. They have honestly kept her captive. Won't allow her to leave. When I called her cell and asked her to put nurse on phone they wouldn't take the phone. Horrible place that could care less about your loved ones. Would not recommend! BE AWARE!!!! Update we had to call the police and the ambulance took her back to Banner. The neurosurgeon had to run CT scans from the damage they put her throughFriday 24th December 2021
Jordan Burnidge1 StarMy grandfather was sent here from Banner Thunderbird and it is disgusting. The tv doesn’t work and we weren’t allowed to see him. The place was dirty and it looked like a motor home. We did get a chance to see him through the window only to find him in a wet brief. He said the call light would be on and people there would just turn it off. When I asked a CNA to clean him up, it took them 30 minutes to get it done. The CNAs have anywhere from 10-21 patients at a time. If you want your family to be well taken care of, do NOT send them here.Saturday 29th January 2022
Josh Mundy5 Starfantastic staff and building. 12/10Monday 12th July 2021
Katie Rose1 StarThis place is horrible. They do wound care every 3-4 days. My boyfriend was there for a week and his insecion got extremely infected, then I took another week for the nurses to do anything about it.
When they do patients laundry it's never returned and when asked about the staff says "I don't know where it's at". They hardly ever check on the patients.Monday 28th March 2022
