Eagle Ranch RTC is a choice based program. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of troubled teens. Our purpose is to affect the lives of young men and women and their families in a way that creates an attitude of giving rather than taking, and provides a solid foundation for a productive and fulfilling life.
Since we are a Choice Based program we use Core Value Behavioral Change Model. We teach and emphasize eight basic core values through Individual, Family, and Group therapy.

Russell Parker5 StarWhen I was losing control of my life, Eagle Ranch Academy was the greatest place for me to go. I discovered myself there. I discovered God. I discovered the true meaning of family. I discovered peace and a sense of purpose. I learned a great deal during my time there and was completely altered. Many changes occurred in my life, but I now understand that God works in ways that benefit me rather than harm me. My mother and I are still talking about the changes in my life, and she's gone through some of them herself in the last year. The staff is able to work with the teen females who come in with successful skills and take their jobs seriously thanks to ongoing training and updating.
