I dont have the same experience as the other reviewers on this place. I paid this woman 100$ for a MVD evaluation and she signed me up for the process wich included 16 hours of classes. I completed the program 6 months ago and the MVD still dosnt have the evaluation! And what's worse is Debbie Schiller shows no interest in making it right! I'm sitting in her parking lot right now for the 4th time this month after she gave me (another) excuse about how she dosnt have time to fix it right now.. I got scammed by this woman plain and simple. I'm upset I had to rate her 1 star just to leave this comment but hopefully this will help warn people from being victimized by her when you need real help. Stay clear of this place!

As a professional working in the field I highly recommend Debbie at East Valley Substance Abuse Inc. if you or a loved on is in need of a DUI screening or education classes. She will complete the process and paperwork and also shows a genuine interest in the wellbeing of her clients

Highly intelligent counselor that genuinely is there to help you with anything and everything. I really recommend Debbie because she is simply awesome and will guide you to the right path and help you complete any program or counseling you might need.

Debbie at east valley substance abuse center is amazing, now days it’s hard to find a place that acutualy cares and wants to help, Debbie on the other hand isn’t like most of the other substance abuse counseling facilities where all they want is to take your money. From the second I spoke to Debbie on the phone I could tell she was down to earth and actually cared about the people getting services instead of thinking of it as a business transaction just to take your money. When I arrived Debbie was nice kind and honest and seemed to actually care about what she was doing. She definitely was professional with the whole process and helped me with what I was there for. I have tried a few other places like this and I will tell you every other place that I have spoke or been to is strictly about trying to take your money And do not care about your situation or why you’re coming there at all. Debbie at east valley substance is one of the only services around Arizona that will actually want to help you instead of trying to just take money from you. Thank you Debbie for your services and being professional and kind.

I forgot her name, the owner I think, but she was awesome. There were a few things I actually learned. Sometimes she'll let things slide but don't expect it; she looks like a grandma but she'll set you straight if you mess with her class haha oh ya, back yard taco is one of the best Mexican food places around.
