A 10-bed Level II residential program, Elba House provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitative services targeting pregnant and parenting women, ages 18 and older, in a 24-hour supervised environment. Admission is based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and treatment is individualized. Elba House accepts eligible applicants who present with co-occurring disorders who are stable on their medication. Elba House is licensed and credentialed through the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Regional Behavioral Health Authority.
Children ages under 10 may be eligible to accompany their mothers in treatment. Services may be funded through the Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG). View PDF in English View PDF in Spanish

little one1 StarI went to Elba house graduated in 2012 , it's was great I love this place . So I send my daughter never thinking they would be so different she was there only 2 days and she walked out for the reason being she asked the staff there about me and what u would never think any staff member would say to any of the woman that are there for help . " Your mom was and still is a crack head " mind u I never smoked crack , my drug if choice was meth . So my daughter sign her self out cause they were speaking bad about her mother . So this makes this place look really bad they need to fix that place cause I'm putting out a report on them as we speak . My rate will stay at a 1 if they had and option from 0-1 I would rate them at a 0 thanks for you taking your time to read this but I had to out out the message thank youMonday 11th February 2019
