Michelle Logan1 StarSadly the End of the road for my sister was very traumatic and disappointing due to the negligence of the Supervisor his name is Edward he has no empathy, integrity and absolutely no heart for individuals with addictions. My youngest sister was in this housing treatment for 6 months. Well, she was diagnosed with Severe Mental Illness on June 1st, 2020 due to the diagnosis AHCCCS changed her insurance plan to Mercy Care without my sister immediate knowledge, Edward the supervisor informed her June 3rd letting her know their services is not contracted with the new ins plan, my sister and I reached out to AHCCCS requesting that her plan be changed back to United Healthcare ins, because of the new diagnosis her ins MUST remain Mercy Care, then my sister was told by the supervisor we are not contracted with that plan and you have to leave, my sister was put out of the home on a weekend after business hours with nowhere to reside, my sister relapse and was back in the same environment on 24th Street & Van Buren intoxicated and high on drug and anxiety was heightened, she felt abandoned and rejected by the staffing protocols. I’m screaming and asking families and individuals Do Not Entrust this facility unless you have money for payment versus AHCCCS insuranceSunday 14th June 2020
Nicholas Caamano1 StarVery poorly run. Extremely undertrained staff. This place has basically zero successful clients that actually get over their addiction. The owners are only in it for the money and will take any clients in, even homeless people just so they can get them AHCCS insurance and make money off them.
