They are simply wonderful humans, all of them. Like, way way way beyond amazing. The level of care is like nothing I’ve ever experienced and I am eternally grateful to each of them in a way that is impossible to put into words. * Comfortable private rooms
* Spacious common areas
* Food is incredible
* Staff members are friendly and helpful
* Great outdoor areas (pool, mini-farm complete with animals)
I hope I never need to go back to a detox facility again, but if I do, Heartwood will be the place I go. I recommend it to anyone that needs a safe place to get sober.Monday 13th September 2021
Brendan Stier5 StarHeartwood is a safe and comforting medically assisted detox that provides its residents a serene environment to allow them to clean out their system and to do so with medical supervision. Their executive team, Jesse, Mike, and Madelyn are all outstanding, and they are all well equipped with the knowledge and compassion to care for all of their residents with the utmost respect and safety. This facility is run by people who care, not those who are in it for profit. I would recommend Heartwood to anyone who struggles with, or knows someone who is struggling to get off of any substance. The list of positives is endless, some include:
- Staff: genuinely care about your health and safety, with the tools to do it
- Farm animals: on a large plot of land, the goats and chickens are a nice little get away and fun to feed and play with
- Food: 5 star restaurant quality, fresh cookies and muffins made daily
- Rooms: every room is comfortable, private, and has large beds and tv's
- Pool: In the center of the large house is a pool with a lawn, fire pit, corn hole, and lounge chairs...so relaxing.
This could easily be a vacation spot rather than a detox, but above all my favorite thing about Heartwood House Detox is that it gives me confidence that I'm in a safe and comfortable space while getting healthy.Wednesday 30th June 2021
