Bill Bauman5 StarAmazing facility! The the counselors, staff and nurses were all fantastic. Very structured and secure but didn’t feel like a “prison”. After three days you are allowed to leave the campus for supervised walks a few times a week. The food was very good. I learned a lot during my stay.

cole5 StarJH took me in during a time of need and gave me such a positive experience during my two weeks there. The staff genuinely cared and always made sure I was comfortable and taken care of, and were always there if I needed to talk. Jasmine, who did my intake, was so kind and calm and patient with me and really helped set the tone for the rest of my stay.
Eric and Melissa were both INCREDIBLE and so helpful in figuring out my next steps, they really made my time there positive and productive, as well as showing me so much love and support.

Peter Littlefield5 StarJackson House is an excellent place to get your life back on track. Intake was a calming peaceful process from the frontline staff, nursing and counselors. Managements door was open at all times. I was engaged by all staff to help me with all of my needs be it personal or professional services. Community building is a priority with Jackson House. I enjoyed walks, trips to the parks. I never felt alone. Medical services were never in short supply. Doctors were excellent and engaging. Nursing staff addressed all needs and had encouraging words and an open ear. They care. I went in for help with my addiction and came out a better person with many people I can call my friends.
