Anon Ymous1 StarBy far the worse place to receive care. I stayed here 60 days and this place is a circus!! The staff is unprofessional! The supervisor brings in gifts to clients, most of the counselors are rude and condescending. The techs have no training and are allowed to facilitate groups, the male techs have no respect for women. They’re very degrading. Male tech Vincent, should not be allowed to work there or anywhere! He tries making passes at the females, myself included. He offered to give me my cell phone in exchange for numbers and later that night I received a very disrespectful and explicit picture. This place needs to be SHUTDOWN!!Friday 11th June 2021

I've attempted to complete a first timer's course which is supposed to last 90 days, wow 6 month's later and I'm transferring over to ALTO, the staff repeatedly cancel class day's then try changing them to inconvenient times for the client,(but not for them) If the client however has an absence they bogusly charge a re-entry fee and if for any reason a staff member decides they don't like your opinions, well let's just say they kick you out and keep your money while sending a "Refund Check" for $7.... Good luck here - they don't care , if you want your license back I'd recommend taking your money elsewhere....Seriously.Friday 26th February 2021
