Mariah Navarro5 StarThe staff is excellent. Their patience and due diligence is fantastic. Everyone was polite and their concern was greatly appreciated. Physical therapists were positive and jewels. Room 36 needs a longer cord for the overbed light. The TV has 102 cable channels but sometimes there was connection problems. I would recommend this facility to others.Monday 7th February 2022
Vicky Craft5 StarI had my father in law at this facility twice for therapy and eventually for longer term care, even with his dementia and sometimes grouchiness, he was always treated with care and respect. He enjoyed the staff, food- especially and activities through out his stay. I would recommend the facility to anyone looking for short or long term care.Monday 7th February 2022
M S1 StarUnfortunately, my father was sent to this place for rehab. La Mesa neglects their patients by leaving them soiled for the WHOLE day! Having them lay on the bed the whole day. The interdisciplinary team are great, but nurses and cna in this facility are terrible. No sense of co-operation or communication. Administration does not check on patients to verify the team does their job. Take your love ones somewhere.Wednesday 26th January 2022
Cayla Cornejo1 StarAbsolutely horrible. My grandmother was treated horrible, they don't get fed dinner till 8. A woman was yelling for help and they told her to shut up. They ignored my grandmother for over an hour. They told her she couldn't leave because she was exposed to covid. No visitors. They yelled at her. They made her go to the bathroom by herself, which she can not so they told her to wear a diaper.Saturday 27th November 2021

I am 90 years old. I recently needed surgery for a fractured hip and femur. My children searched for a nursing home with good reviews. La Mesa Healthcare had the best review. When I chose La Mesa Healthcare, I realized that I made the right choice.
The building complex was super clean. The doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, dietician, office staff, PT and OT etc. were all friendly and helpful.
Surprisingly the food was also good. I spent nine weeks at La Mesa Healthcare before I came home. They took wonderful care of me.Wednesday 2nd February 2022
