I was hesitant to go at first, believing I didn't have a problem. If you go in with honesty and are open about how you live your life this program will help you even if you don't believe you need help. The project is not at all preachy or like a 12 step and Alexa is very easy to talk to and cares for all her patients. My life has changed for the better in so many ways thanks to her and Project L.E.S.S. I highly recommend this program if you are looking to make a change in your life.

Everything and more what i was looking for. Unfortunately, i had been to a few treatment IOP before and none of them did for me what LESS did for me. The class consists of two parts, one part checking in and than the other part deals with learning skills. Three hours go by really quickly and I didn’t even notice how quickly ten weeks go by. Lexi, who runs the program is open, honest, and can see through any BS you put in front of her, solving them with non confrontational methods. She also helped me with preparing me for everyday live situations and the life after 10 the program. She is caring and non judgmental, and very knowledgeable. Also, it’s not by any means a stereotypical IOP and Lexi is by far not a stereotypical therapist. If you are honest and open, and want to experience 6 hours a week of learning and processing while also having fun, I would highly recommend it.

I can't begin to express enough how integral both Project L.E.S.S. and Lexi were in my (continued) sobriety. At the beginning even though I was more than willing & wanting it - I was just like you, thinking ultimately it was going to be a waste of efforts. By the time it ended (last May), I asked if it could be extended BECAUSE it was no longer a thing I "had to do" but that I "couldn't do without". The sense of community, support, security AND accountability you get from your group peers as well as Lexi is priceless for someone wanting help. I highly recommend Project L.E.S.S. and Lexi Moreno. It really is an amazing program! 707 days and counting...it works. :)

I made the right decision to go to project less after checking out other programs This is the first time Going through a program and I can honestly say I got a lot out of it The skills I learned will help me emensly for my continued sobriety Thanks to Alexa's knowledge and knowing how to communicate to you your garenteed to get a lot out of the program If you like to be comfortable in group and be in a small group not overwhelmed with people, get some awesome tools to use in life for continued sobriety this is the place to go Recent graduate Bruce Thanks Alexa
