I stayed at this facility over a year ago and it was horrible, the food was awful and the care was worse. They have a banner out front, stated they were voted one of the best nursing homes in Phoenix in 2022, how can that be when it's only Jan.5. A friend of mine is in their and she told me that 2 of her friends that go to dialysis, went to the hospital because life care couldn't get transportation for them to get to dialysis. Don't take your loved ones. .

I was warehoused in a hospital bed for 7 months before being given Covid by staff. I went to the hospital and went to another facility only to lose thousandsf of dollars of personal property Clothing,shoes,a laptop, my Cpap machine and expensive wheelchair the list goes on. Never to see my property ever again except for 2 pillows a blanket and 2 shirts. Never reimbursed or contacted or had any return calls. No doubt more of the retaliation that I received for reporting LCCPV to the state long term care licensing bureau at the health department. I have audio and video recordings still catch staff violating my rights. Even have staff recorded telling me that I have to leave my property when being transferred to the Covid section downstairs. Never place your love ones here.

Worst nursing facility ever.. For over 24 hours they left my mom in her stool and refused to give her her medications and never emptied her pee bag. She has a blood clot in her heart and a very serious infection to wich she is supposed to be taking antibiotics for and they were not administrated to her plus really bad Neuropathy. I am contacting the nursing board about all this. This will be dealt with and there will be consequences guaranteed.

Worst ever I was admitted there after major spine surgery in August. Staff was uncaring, and did not provide any medications that I needed. I could feel every screw they put in my spine. I had no pain meds for 12 hrs and no cortisol shot in that evening or next morning causing my body body to go into an adrenal crisis. I texted my husband to get me out. Another two hours I would've died. Stay away from this place.
