I attend this methadone clinic everyday, as I have for the last 6 months, and compared to the other clinics I have seen from my past 4 years being on the clinic in Washington, this one is far better then the ones I have experienced. One main issue people had that was consistent in Washington was the waiting in the line to dose everyday. It was such a hassle because of how long the line would get that it could take anywhere from 1 minute to over an hour waiting. I have NEVER had to wait any amount of time even close to that here. I think the longest I have had to wait would be maybe 15 minutes at most. I love it. And the counselors have a much smaller case load, or in other words less clients, so more 1 on 1 treatment standards are met here. I recommend this clinic to anybody considering methadone/suboxone as an option for treatment. People tend to believe clinics are out to get them or attack them, no they have rules to follow to help people stay clean/sober. And as for their hours of operation, 6am may not be early enough for everybody, but there is no ridiculous line like people complain about. You want to complain about a 10 minute line and homeless, well then you are at the wrong place because homelessness is the number 1 issue that relates to drug use in my opinion and therefore a methadone clinic treating heroin addiction is going to consist of some homeless people, including myself, who are trying to better themselves as individuals. I've noticed that most of the people who complain, they tend to also have a trail of negative UAs that follow them and lead them to their actual issues but they need to point the finger elsewhere instead of taking responsibility.

Staff nurses are great Tony and Maria ESPECIALLY...but the rest are extremely unprofessional and Dr. Cheracuri took me down off of 105mg to 55mg even though I had never failed a drug test, was on no other medications and had been doing everything asked of me for 6 years... this turned out to be because he effed up my trough and had to switch doctors to get it readjusted...furthermore between the clinics mandatory TB tests, counseling (with no weekend or afterwork hours), blood tests (again with no after work or weekend hours), and 6am opening time forget trying to be a punctual employee if your holding down a job like myself you have to wait in line with a bunch of homeless people who have camped out there since 3am because they have no where else to go anyway and if you start work at 6am your SOL, I really hope the state helps this clinic out, even the employees complain about it they are understaffed overworked and using a facility from the stone ages...FIND ANOTHER CLINIC OR STAY CLEAN

I would say this is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to or have seen. The clinic can’t even stick to their own hours of operation and consistently shut their doors early. Today they shut their doors more than a half hour early. I feel they walk around like they are better than everyone and cannot be touched. They will hold the medication over you to control you. They consistently keep threatening me to cut me from my medication that I now have so much anxiety to even try to talk to them and tell them how I really feel or what my needs are. Do yourself a favor and go to a different clinic.

Has got to be the worst most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen. I'm not even a patient with them and see what the do to there patients. I've seen them put my friend through so much hell that she has anxiety attacks about even going to them and so bad at times she doesn't even want to be dosed. I've also seen them close their doors early without any prior notice. They hired an unprofessional phyco councilor who preys on the weak. Beware of this unprofessional place and find a different clinic. Hurt them by making them loose their funding because that is all they are here for is to make that buck at your expense.
