Employees were very helpful and courteous when checking me into and out of the building. They met all my requests very efficiently.

I just want to express my thoughts on the Mission at community center. I have sister that lives there, and as I have visited I have found the staff at the center polite, very competent, and the management deserves the gold star. The facilities is always clean, and such a welcome atmosphere and a beautiful facility. If there were more stars I'd give it to them.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, as the Administrator of Mission at Community Living I would like to say that as Administration we realize the importance of staff and the effect they have on the care our residents receive. I appreciate those staff who are willing to work in the sacred art of Eldercare. As a team, I know we are are not always perfect, but we strive to work with all staff to enrich the lives of those we serve. Thank you to all the staff, families and resident who make my job enjoyable and make Mission at Community an amazing place to live and work.

I appreciated the compassionate care that was given to my Mother here in her final days. She was only here for 4 days but all of the staff from the administrator to the nurses, cna’s and maintenance people were kind and helpful and treated not only Mom with love and compassion but the family as well. Thank you so much.

Though the nurses and the aides are amazing, management is completely incompetent. They have no concern for their workers. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE. You will be overworked, short staffed, and underpaid. Management is quick to throw you under the bus to save their name and are never on your side. If you want to lose your certification, then apply here. Recently they have reported four of their “beloved” workers to the state. Making comments to suggest the employees were making bad decisions. There is a difference between following policy and supporting staff; compared to saving your own hind end. Don’t believe that? Recently the treatment of employees has gotten so bad that they have had EIGHT aides quit in the last month. Now they are hiring anyone to to provide care. Those who haven’t gone through the proper training to get their certification. If you are in for a hell of a time, then apply. But please save yourself the trouble and do not work here. I feel awful for the nurses and aides who do. This facility is in dire need of NEW administration. If that can’t be done then the state needs to come in and shut the place down. Awful and inconsiderate fools. (Information gathered from a close friend.)
