Options For Recovery

Since its inception in 1990 during the cocaine epidemic, Options for Recovery has been instrumental in helping women recover from substance use disorders and reunite with their children and families. Options for Recovery is a part of The Lundquist Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Options for Recovery’s mission is to provide comprehensive resources, education, support, and recovery services to women with substance use disorders. We specialize in working with pregnant and parenting women by assisting them with their sobriety and process to reunite with their children through D.C.F.S. (Department of Children and Family Services). Women 18 older and with or without children are welcome to seek enrollment in our program. Recovery for me had very little meaning to me until I attended Options for Recovery. It’s here that I learned the tools to live my best life spiritually, mentally, physically, & emotionally. This treatment program gave me another chance at life & became a part of my family!
