At the core of the program is therapy. This includes weekly behavioral health sessions with a licensed counselor. They also have one-on-one counseling sessions so they can address personal or sensitive matters with a licensed counselor. Residents have group therapy times during which they can draw on the experience of everyone to learn how to cope with certain events.

We tailor the therapy sessions to meet the needs of our current residents. We know that each person wants to succeed in their journey to sobriety. Since the exact same plan won’t work for everyone, we make sure each person has what they need to reach that goal.
