When I first opened a case, I was tested for learning disabilities and was never given the results, I never heard from the counselor again, so I closed the case and started over. Now they helped me by getting me a laptop but are refusing to help me pay for school. I want to change counselors, if they won’t let me I’m closing my case and never coming back

Very Disrespectful when it comes to people with abilities. We are not disabled so many abilities we can do and accomplish. Might not comprehend things wells and ask things over again which irritated my worker. Asking things over and repeated things that how I learn to make sure I get whatever was asked etc. The reply back from the worker was so belittling. They need to hire people that know about different abilities how to work with abilities and understand it may take a little bit to understand and process what is going on. Please read everyones post/reviews and fix theses problems people are addressing.

Refuse to help me, I am about lose my job. They decline to help, stating they have got me a job and now refusing to help it out of there system to further help me find work Do not go to this place they got me a job where I make $78 a month get paid less than minimum wage and later close my case. Do not go here, these people are crooks even though they work under the government. They just want make money and get rid of you fast as possible

Does not help me with my Autism. I am very upset by DOR. They did not help me. Don't use them.
