Located in Alameda County, Hayward is in the East Bay sub-region of San Francisco Bay Area, and is the sixth-largest city in the Bay Area and third largest in Alameda County. Many of the drug problems affecting Hayward are overflowing from cities like San Francisco. This makes the presence of drug rehab programs in Hayward extremely important. Among the homeless population in Alameda County, marijuana is a commonly abused drug. One of the primary causes of homelessness in the county is substance use, with approximately 10% of the homeless population citing this issue. Roughly 32% of the homeless population in Alameda County, which is consisting of Hayward are between the age of 25 and 39 years old. He is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Treatment Specialist graduate with Honours of Stratford Career Institute. Marcel has also received a certificate from Harvard for completing a course entitled The Opioid Crisis in America and a certificate from The University of Adelaide for completing a course entitled AddictionX: Managing Addiction: A Framework for Succesful Treatment.
