I was a resident here recently for a sprained ankle. I received physical therapy on my ankle, and I must say that the physical therapy staff as well as the nurses and the other staff members were so sweet and caring. They made you feel like you were family. I was very pleased with the care that I received during this time. I had great nurses. I don’t want to name any names because I might forget to mention someone, but I was blessed to have great CNA’s and nurses that truly cared about my recovery. Thank you Rimrock

My mother was there for 6 weeks, from the administration staff, the nurses, the CNA's especially Michelle, and the therapists were all great. Great attitudes and great people working at this facility. Will 1000% use them again if the time comes. Thank You Rimrock for helping my mother get back on her feet.

"LIFE", for some families like myself I was confronted with having to place my family member into a nursing home. Rimrock Villa Convalescent Hospital was the best decision I made. From the Administration office, to all of the staff members, they (Rimrock) Treated my loved one with exemplary care! As for me and my family we were met everyday with the utmost respect, care, &compassion. Would I recommend Rimrock Villa? YES, IN A HEARTBEAT. So, with all of that said, Thank you Rimrock! Thank you! God Bless

Called looking for my little brother and the lady on the phone was nice but some other lady in the background was running her mouth saying.. "tell them you have stuff to do and hang up".. unprofessional place. Sounds like She needs rehab

My mom was there and when I called for her the lady kept getting her confused with another patient and kept giving me the wrong info they talked about my mom like she had dementia and I know that was not my mom s problem. Then I finally got a hold of someone who knew what they were talking about and I found out that my mom couldn't breathe I asked if they thought my mom would die and they said no they had no reason to think that she just needed a breathe treatment my mom died a few days later I wish they could have been more honest with me and I wish they could keep their patients information straight I don't approve hearing about someone else then finding out that my mom was dying and being lied to about it Yes I agree with others comments about patience being given psychiatric meds they didn't need my mom never took medicine for mental illness until she was there now suddenly she is a psychiatric case when she was sent there for a. kidney infection and I saw a real change in my mom mental state after she was there I think they gave her something to keep her asleep so the nurse wouldhainve to contender with her I think they helped my mom to die something to help shut her respiration down I didn't like the change I saw in her mental state and you don't treat kidney infections with psychiatric medicine I believe Rimrock Hospital helped my mom die
