I did two assessments with two different people. After the initial assessment I was told I would be given another one to see if I "qualified" for a certain type of therapy. So I did both of those assessments. First one was on a Monday, second one was on Tuesday. I was told on Tuesday I would hear on Friday if I was eligible for the specific type of therapy that the first person who did the original assessment suggested that I do. No one called on Friday so I called on Monday and left voicemails for both of the people that I dealt with. No call back. I called on Tuesday and left a voicemail with their supervisor, and then Wednesday one of the "counselors" called me back and said I did not qualify for the therapy that she herself suggested that I do. Which I was fine with, since I originally was just seeking 1 on 1 counseling anyway. So I asked her if I could just do that, she said yes but somehow had no idea of the wait list time. No estimate whatsoever. Had I known this before the first assessment I would not have done it to begin with but then I guess they couldn't have charged my insurance, twice, for services that I'm literally not receiving. I was reminded, as she worded it, that there are several groups but since I'm not interested in group therapy she just asked if I wanted to be on this mysterious wait list. Again, had I known group therapy is the only kind of counseling they have available for who knows how long, I would not have done the assessment and again they would not have been able to bill my insurance. I'm also confused as to why the person I dealt with felt the need to tell me several times that she's "just part time". I literally don't care about her schedule nor did I attempt to contact her on the days she doesn't work. Maybe a part time position isn't the best fit considering she couldn't answer a single one of my questions. Seems like an insurance scam to me, it was a waste of time, and during all this time wasted I could have been in contact with a place that does know how long their wait list for counseling is. 0 stars, would not recommend. Also not interested in a generic response from whoever responds to these reviews. Just do better or at least be honest before you waste the time of people who are actively seeking help and before you charge their insurance. I've been in and out of therapy for several years and I can easily say this was the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I have ever had with any kind of mental health facility.

I attend the ATDT (formally Ladders) program 5 days a week. Breakfast and lunch are provided. The staff is exceptional. Everyone truly cares and is interested in helping you as an individual. I highly recommend Terro's for anyone facing any kind of mental health or substance abuse issues. They can and will definitely help you. God bless and my prayers are with you.

Unable to schedule a basic intake appointment and staff not wearing proper ppe nor are they willing to assist the room of 15 people in the waiting room . No mask being worn proper or gloves no sanitization for people to be safe during a Pandemic. Claimed case worker was coming out waiting longer than 40mins. Asking people private info in main lobby and not protecting identity of people private health information.
