danielle mereday5 StarThis place changed my life from the moment I was dropped off. I didn't think I would be here more than a month, but it's been 5 months and I'm still here. They have helped me prepare for the outside world more than anything, I couldn't imagine trying without this program. After years of having a cloudy brain, they help clear it. And they all have the most genuine hearts. This is a program of people that genuinely care about you, you will never be just a number/patient. And that's hard to come by. They're my family.Wednesday 30th March 2022

Hi Five Tarot5 StarI attended The Bridges of San Diego IOP for 4 months, and it changed my life, I learned the tools to stay sober, and knowledge about my addiction and about myself to help me stay sober for life, I will always battle my addiction because recovery is a life long journey, but after my experience at The Bridges of San Diego I now know I will win that fight one day at a time . Dr Profit and his entire staff are amazing. It's a different level of recovery.Friday 25th February 2022
Kimberly Glockzin5 StarI came to this place as a broken individual and the staff, my peers, and the homework allowed me to start picking up the pieces so I could begin my sobriety journey with a healthy and solid foundation.
The atmosphere is welcoming, nurturing, and most of all - understanding. This allows a patient such as myself to start opening up about my traumatic past and digging deep to the roots of my alcoholism/addictions.
The dynamics and facilitation of the group allowed me to start feeling comfortable and safe in the environment within days. The days typically start off with some light journal questions/education and moves into group psychotherapy where one can share their feelings/homework with peers and counselors to receive priceless feedback. This is where the magic and healing happens if you are willing to put in the effort.
By attending The Bridges of San Diego I have regained my confidence, my self-worth, and best of all - my freedom. I am grateful to consider The Bridges of San Diego my second family/home and cannot thank the staff and my peers enough for helping me get my life back.Sunday 18th July 2021
Gary Paul5 StarI will be forever grateful for coming to the Bridges. The program is not one size fits all. I've learned so much from the classes and therapists and consider them my family. I encourage anyone struggling with addiction to call and get enrolled. It will be the best decision you ever make.
