When I entered the Third Tradition I was in pretty bad shape. I couldn't stop drinking. The structure and accountability I needed badly was there. An experienced staff and an emphasis on the recovery program changed my life. Saved it really. The understanding and support there proved to be the key to my recovery from a place I saw no way out of. There are people there that I love and will prove, I know, to be lifelong friends. My life now is one of happiness and great fulfillment. It wouldn't be if not for the Third Tradition.

I nearly lost my Beloved granddaughter to addiction and Mark and this program saved her. There are not enough words to describe how grateful our family is. She has been clean and sober for 5 years, she has a great job and is finishing her education. I highly recommend you try this program for your loved one. After several other programs we tried, this one worked!

The personalized treatment received here is top notch. The program director has been there and done that and now has some solid recovery and wisdom. He's available onsite all day each weekday and I love the interaction he has with the clients. 24 hour on site staff for supervision keeps this place accountable. It's not one of those loosely ran places where someone drops in to collect your rent. They care and it SHOWS. Ran by a home town boy who loves our community!

Third tradition was the best thing to ever happen to me. I was an ungrateful drug addict/alcoholic who just couldn't get more then 24 hours sober; I had lost everything and everyone in my life. Marc and his program taught me how to become responsible, have integrity, and how to live a happy and fulfilling life. Today I am married, I have a wonderful job, and more friends then I could ever need! I had been in 12 programs prior to getting sober, even in beautiful Santa Barbara, but nothing beats Third Tradition and the community and love you get there. If you are wanting a safe, and fun environment to learn about the program of AA/NA and a new way of life then I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Thank you Third Tradition. I

This is by far the best sober living environment I have ever seen! It's much more than just an SLE, it's a community. People genuinely care about you and will help you with your problems. I couldn't be happier!
