I was a patient here. For the most part I was admitted within a month time a patient for a year and still have support from multiple counslers. if you work your program right there is chance you can get clean. I highly recommend.

Western Pacific is a great place with a wonderful staff but the one downfall is the dosing nurse is the slowest moving person I've ever met in my life so expect to wait if she's doing doses that day!!! LOL

I'm probably the first or second person in history to be rolled up and sent from Glendale to Ventura, it could have been almost anywhere away from L.A. but Dr. Mark remembered me mentioned Ventura a long time ago as a place I would consider transferring to. I just needed a bit of extra encouragement because I would procrastinate my life away saying not today, perhaps manana! I used to drive out to the fairgrounds almost weekly when I first started driving in 1975, or ride with my surfer buddies from No. Hollywood to "C" Street off the 101. So I know the place however, its been a few years. The same dosing person, Wilfredo gave me my first dose ever at Panorama City in 1992! He gives me my dose at Glendale today! Talk about stress, just parking in that lot in one piece! I'm the first client ever to walk thru the door of No. Hollywood Camarillo at Tujunga, but couldn't stay had no funds. I'm down to 20 but going to be stuck there for quite awhile cuz I had to kick 75 MG's at LA CJ with only Clonodine, didn't sleep 20 days, almost killed me. I and a friend are thinking of filing yet another class action against LA Co. Sheriff's Dept. Because ACLU can't seem to find the time. I'm sure that if and when it's officially announced many of you will want to hop aboard! Till then, it's only a rumor!!! BTW can't blame anyone for wanting to stock up, even though you can be charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance even if you only kept your own methadone too far past the date on the bottle! If Armageddon or the "Big One" , 8+ on the Richter scale you're gonna wish to God you had some saved up, your supply may be cut off for weeks! You will be one very unhappy camper if you have to kick cold turkey, and one or the events if not both is ,not if, but when? It's only aatter of time, so when you put enough food and water and flashlight and radio to last two weeks, you better hope you saved up enough methadone to last that long. So we are in a real dilemma here the clinics are not allowed to give out more than enough to last till your next pickup day, and it's illegal possession to save up that much, so what to do!? Even I have not figured out that one, except ask your friend the cook how to convert codiene back into morphine after a full extraction and turning it into free base form and back into Morphine Sulfate clue, you need some sulphuric acid, or hydrochloric acid to turn it into injectable form or hydrochloride! You can probably get away with keeping an old bottle of #3 codiene pills past expiration date, just be a good cook or chemist not too dope sick to go through all the steps. The only way outta this legal tight spot I can think of. No I'm not spun, just my first night back after the ordeal I described earlier. I'm now ending this so I'm still allowed into the Ventura Clinic!
