I use to work here from 1998-2001, all the staff were very dedicated to all residents, to ensure they received the best care at all times, I miss working here, I've worked in housekeeping, laundry, Kitchen, and the best of them all, I worked as a CNA taking care of all the residents, I miss them all, thank you

This is a great facility. The residents receive great care and the administrator is very involved and attentive. The facility is close to multiple senior living communities which is definitely an added benefit for coordinating care within the community for your loved ones!

This facility needs to be updated so severely. The staff does not pay close attention to their patients, it’s dirty and dark. I would not in any way recommend sending your loved ones to this place.

I have nothing but positive reviews for Yuba City Post acute. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The care they provide for their residents you can tell comes from a place of compassion. Clean facility and awesome staff members.
